This car has 92120 triangles with 4 wheels and uses HQLM v. 2.0.
It was a Dodge Charger R/T 1969 by Juiced 2, but i've did a conversion to Dodge Charger 1968.
WARNING! If you want car's lights to open/close normally, you need to install Alexander's SA Vehicles Special Abilities. After installing, write next in VSAconfig.ini:
UP/DOWN_LIGHTS=2
and
[UP/DOWN_LIGHTS] ; ZR 350

Next line after 477 write 536.
If you can't use Alexander's script:
Install the car as zr350. If you can't do this, you also can install it as any car you like, but headlights won't work well.

Use any .img-archive editor to find and delete original blade.dff and blade.txd in gta3.img (/models) and import them form this arcive.
After replacing files go to /data folder and replace next lines in following files:
